We have ensured effective communication with thousands of the client’s employees and we have secured automated internal services to save their time and increase productivity.

Our client has several thousands of employees and runs internal services related to the administration of office space, management of communication with the employees, and security support.

These services were mostly carried out manually, and the few automated ones were distributed in many unrelated applications, which created large organizational problems and hindered their effective management.

That is why over the next years we have been developing with the client a solution tailored to his needs, managing internal services, refactoring and extending existing ones, as well as creating many new ones with the growing needs of the organization.

As a result, a powerful and comprehensive tool was created to ensure effective communication with employees, and by supporting them in basic tasks, it saves thousands of hours of work every day. The tool has become such an integral part of the company and an inseparable assistant that it won the internal plebiscite for the solution most liked by employees among all used in the company.

Sci-Cup / For: Wroclaw University of Science and Technology

We have improved the university's cooperation with business partners by creating a new collaborative platform for science competitions.

The university cooperating with us organizes and conducts many competitions that are designed to connect the most talented students with industrial partners and help them solve real business problems.

However, there was no database for efficient competitions related to data modeling. That is why we designed and created from scratch the entire platform enabling comprehensive conduct and management of such competitions, from registration of participants through conducting competitions with automatic evaluation and scoring of solutions to running the ranking.

Thanks to this, the university conducts more efficient and broader competitions of this type, the number of participants increased and the student involvement increased.

Monitor / For: P4 sp. z o.o.

We have automated the management of the client’s extensive server infrastructure, while increasing stability and optimizing the use of resources.

Our client’s infrastructure includes several dozen servers and hundreds of applications running on them. Monitoring the status of servers, the use of available resources and error detection required performing many repetitive tasks, which significantly burdened the team of administrators. It also limited the ability to detect and respond to some adverse events.

We have built a scalable solution that allows to automatically monitor the health of the client's server infrastructure. We have equipped it with a wide set of statistics and reports, as well as alerts that inform about events in the system that require administrator attention.

This gave tremendous support to administrators, among others, by freeing them from tedious tasks. The time, energy and commitment saved in this way can now be redirected to incident management. This gave the client very measurable effects in the form of increasing the stability of systems and services, increasing the detection of problems and the speed of their repair.

Git project expertise / For: ISEC sp. z o.o.

We have provided the client with necessary data for reliable project estimation by creating dedicated analytical tools.

Open-source code-based software tailored to his individual needs has been created for one of our clients. After some time, there was a problem of objective assessment of the final scope of work and the labor intensity of the changes made. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that the scale of the project was significant and the situation was significantly hindered by having only partially preserved documentation and the history of project changes.

For the needs of this evaluation, we have created dedicated analytical tools that enabled a comprehensive analysis of the existing state. These tools, among others, automatically compared the original code with the changed one, finding the corresponding fragments, checking gaps in the preserved change history, measuring the scale of the changes introduced, and verifying that their size was not artificially inflated.

The analysis provided objective data as to the scope of actually implemented changes and allowed for reliable estimation of the work intensity of all project work.

We have dramatically improved the length and quality of the client’s customer service by equipping a call-center with dedicated support solution.

For our client, a leader in the telecommunications services market, we have created a support tool for call-center consultants.

The data needed by the consultant to solve his clients' problems are scattered across many systems and are usually stored in a human-readable manner. The need to manually search, link and process data significantly extended the time of end customer service as well as being prone to errors.

For this reason, we have created a solution that acts as an assistant consultant. It automatically downloads and processes data from many available sources and then presents them in a convenient and understandable way, supporting the consultant in his activities.

In this way, we have significantly reduced the time needed, among others on customer identification, finding related products and services and identification of problems, and the consultant can focus primarily on solving them. Thanks to this, the quality of service and the level of customer satisfaction were simultaneously increased.

Cloud Messaging / For: P4 sp. z o.o.

We have increased the range, and completely modernized the way of managing multi-channel information campaigns for a mobile network operator.

One of our clients conducts intensive advertising and information communication, which is directed to users of his network. For this purpose, it uses many different channels available on mobile devices.

Support for individual channels was previously carried out by various uncoordinated systems with limited functionality. This negatively affected the effectiveness of the campaign and required greater organizational efforts.

We have built a comprehensive solution that allows the operator to conduct and manage multi-channel information campaigns, unifying and developing pre-existing partial solutions.

As a result, the scope of campaigns was increased, their management became more efficient and additional functionalities increased the involvement of recipients in the delivered content.
